CENTRAL VENOUS OCCLUSION. BRACHIOCEPHALIC FISTULA.

A 28 year-old female ESRD patient with brachiocephalic aneurysmatic fistula (8 months). Right arm with important edema, painful. Very short subclavian occlusion, three hours trying cross the occlusion with a lot of guidewires, microcatheters by femoral and fistula way. No good outcomes. More endovascular options? Very frustrating case.
